I have presented these ideas for municipal planners,
private developers and anyone interested in master planned communities. There is not one master planned community that will
satisfy everyone's needs and desires.
However, the key elements of Convenience, Safety, Security and Amenities will appeal to the majority of homebuyers. Many
of the ideas listed above do not necessarily cost more than a master planned community designed with the more typical meandering
streets.
