There
is
no one master planned community that will satisfy everyone's needs
and desires. However, the key elements of CONVENIENCE, SAFETY,
SECURITY and AMENITIES will appeal to almost everyone. And many
of the ideas listed above do not necessarily cost more than a master
planned community designed with the typical meandering streets.
